How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance during the busy summer season but last-minute rentals are available based on availability — just give us a call!

How often are the portable toilets serviced?

For long-term rentals, we provide thorough weekly cleanings, restocking supplies like hand sanitizer, and fresh deodorizer treatments. Short-term rentals are delivered fully cleaned and stocked.

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Chatham-Kent and surrounding communities for all plastic units. We also serve some surrounding area’s for Washroom Trailer event rentals like Windsor, Sarnia, Essex, Amherstburg, St Thomas and more!  If you’re unsure if you’re in our service area, just reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm!

Do you offer handicap-accessible units?

Yes! We have spacious, wheelchair-accessible units available, designed with flat entryways, support rails, and extra space inside.

Can you help me figure out how many units I need?

Absolutely. Tell us about your event or project, and we’ll recommend the right number and type of units based on your expected number of guests or workers.

What is included in the cost of the rental?

Portable toilet rentals include: delivery in our serviceable area, pick up and disposal of waste. Each unit is fully stocked. If rented for longer than 1 week, 1 cleaning and restocking is included each week for the duration of the rental.

Do portable toilet rentals require a electrical hook up or water?

Our regular portable toilet units do not require a electrical or water hook up, however our large trailers for your special event or construction need an electrical connection.

Where do you dispose of the waste?

We are fully licensed and insured waste hauler, we are an environmentally conscious company. Our technicians’ evacuate out the portable toilet units and then dispose of it at a licensed waste treatment facility that is certified by the Ministry of the Environment.

What If I need the unit for a day or two longer than a month?

Our billing cycle is a full month not 28 days. After the first month’s rental we prorate your bill so you would only pay for what you use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, EFT, and E-Transfer.
